Lemon Chicken

Lemon Thyme Chicken was the inspiration for this one.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. pounded flat for even grilling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Marinate for about an hour.  Then grill.
Served with broccoli orzo it was a great summer dinner.
