I made the chicken satay fairly close to the recipe in the link above. The peanut sauce had mixed reviews online, so I started by making it as the recipe stated and thought it needed a bit..um....more. A tiny bit of tamarind sauce seemed to do the trick.
Sweet potatoes were parboiled until barely tender. Then cut into wedges and brushed with a lime juice and olive oil mixture. Sprinkled with chili powder and grilled. They were fabulous:)
