Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in Five Minutes a Day. Um, yea, this is a good book too. It's a tiny variation on the other books. Although my family prefers the pizza dough I usually make, it does seem like there is room for this one in my cooking repertoire as well.
I made them in greased muffin tins, just like the recipe suggests, and we ended up with these delicious and portable breakfast pizza cups. Instead of cheddar I used a sprinkling of goat cheese...tasty variation. I will make these another morning...they were good.
