I tried the Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in Five Minutes a Day. It's the variation on the bread recipe. I do like my "regular" pizza dough recipe a bit better but will probably use this on occasion for the quickness factor.
I have mentioned in previous posts....we are huge beet fans in this house. Put beets with goat cheese and it's really a winner. This ideas is in the book; although I did not have quite as many beets as the picture in the book...so I'll have to buy more beets next time.
Eleanor said that she was happy the entire day thinking about this for dinner....it was really good!
